Turkey Stroganoff

This is a great recipe if you have only 15 minutes to prepare dinner and have some Entire Vegetable Garden Pasta Sauce leftover (or frozen). If you don’t please see substitute area.

Turkey Stroganoff:

2 tablespoons organic ground turkey (preferably thigh meat)

1 tablespoon olive oil

1/4 cup Entire Vegetable Garden Pasta Sauce

1-2 tablespoon organic whole milk (or 1 teaspoon heavy organic cream)

2 tablespoons Rice cereal

In a pan heat oil. Once hot, add the ground turkey. Using a fork, mash down the turkey so it separates. Cook under medium heat until thoroughly cooked. Add pasta sauce (or if you don’t have any SUBSTITUTE by adding 1/2 a tomato chopped, 1 tablespoon frozen spinach, 2-3 diced broccoli florets). Cook until sauce (or veggies are cooked) is warm. Add milk and rice cereal. Turn off heat and stir. If mixture is too thick, add more milk (or water if you added cream). If it’s too runny add more rice cereal.

Serve as is to babies that can chew (have teeth), if not, place mixture in a bowl and blitz with a handheld blender. Or place it in your blender and pulse blender until ground turkey has dissolved slightly.

Serve warm.
