Pippa's passion for cooking and baking began in her great grandmother’s kitchen where French, Mexican and Italian dishes came together. At the age of 5 she was already stirring custard on the stove and helping her family make homemade pasta and tortillas.  

Although she chose a career in marketing, her interest in baking and cooking drove Pippa to start a sought-after bakery. Her appetite for cooking and passion for teaching have come together to share her culinary journey with others.


Pippa’s cuisine varies from approachable comfort dishes to elaborate show stopping feasts… and everything in between. Her culinary style showcases Pippa’s commitment to use ingredients that are seasonal, organic, sustainable and fresh. She strives to source all of her ingredients from local farms, dairies, butchers, fish mongers and her own backyard garden.
