All cancellations must be submitted 30 days prior to desired termination date via email. Refunds for unused months packages will be returned within 15 days of termination date. Refunds will be given for unused months after 30 day refund notice (For example, if package ends in April and you cancel on January 1st, a refund will be given for February, March and April)
