Basic Semolina Pasta


1 cup Semolina Flour

1/3 cup+ water


1. In a medium bowl add semolina flour and water. 

2. Using a fork, mix the two together so it resembles wet sand.

3. Using your hands, gather the wet semolina together to form a single ball or dough.

4.  Place collected dough on countertop or smooth surface and knead the dough until it has formed a solid, dense dough. Wrap is plastic film to rest for 20-30 minutes.

To use, unwrap the dough and knead it once again to loosen the dough a bit. Use more semolina if the dough feels tacky.
